Crafted to filter, cool, and push air straight into your manifold, accelerating ignition and saving fuel for improved economy and a greater torque intensity.
Featuring a 5-inch filter inlet and a huge 5x8 inch S&B Powerstack Air Filter, this kit has been fully computer designed to optimize space and give the best fit and finish.
The radiused end provides smooth airflow across the MAF (MAF size is 110mm) and the tube measures 4" at the throttle body side in preparation for larger after-market throttle bodies.
A roto-molded plastic tube resists engine heat and keeps the intake air charge nice and cool, while a smooth, tapered path to the throttle body increases airspeed and horsepower. The intake also features a heat shield designed to help keep hot air out by firmly hugging and sealing itself to the contours of the hood.
